He directs the daily operations of 212 Asesores, including all levels of customer services, financial investment operations and assistance with customer reviews and investment strategies. Flavio is a Public Securities Broker certified by the National Securities Superintendence (SUNAVAL)

Graduated as an Economist at Saint Mary University (USM) in 1985, he completed his Postgraduate studies in Banking & Finance at the Andrés Bello Catholic University (UCAB) in 2000. Flavio developed his experience in the Venezuelan financial sector from 1985 to 1997 in the area of treasury, production and external debt, in banks: Cremerca Financial Society, Barinas Bank, Consolidated Bank and Canarias Bank. From 1997 to the present he has worked in the Capital Markets as a broker and investment advisor in alliances with Venezuelan companies and international brokers from the US and other countries.

In the period 1985-2006, he was an active member of the board of the National Council of Commerce and Services (CONSECOMERCIO) as Treasurer. Currently, apart from his independent practice as an investment advisor and public broker, he stands out as a professor of the subject of Financial Institutions at UCAB, in the School of Administration and Accounting, since 2014.
